Refund Policy

Beachwood Pine Beach Little League (BPBLL) recognizes that sometimes plans change after registering a child to play for the upcoming season.

Our refund policy is as follows:

If you notify BPBLL prior to uniforms being order & you did not attend any winter clinics, you will be refunded your full registration, minus the website service fee.

If you notify BPBLL before uniforms are ordered (order will be sent in by 2/19/2025 the latest) and you attended more than 2 clinics, you will be refunded 80% of your registration, minus the website service fee.. The remaining 20% will cover the clinics your player attended.

If you notify BPBLL after uniforms are ordered (order will be sent in by 2/19/2025 the latest) and you did not attend any winter clinics, you will be refunded 75% of your registration, minus the website service fee. The remaining 25% will cover the uniform that was ordered for your player.

If you notify BPBLL after uniforms are ordered (order will be sent in by 2/19/2025 the latest) and you attended more than 4 clinics, you will be refunded 50% of your registration,minus the website service fee. The remaining 50% will cover the uniform that was ordered for your player & the clinics they attended.

If you notify BPBLL  after the first game is played, BPBLL will not issue a refund.

All requests for refunds must be submitted via email for consideration to the BPBLL Board of Directors at [email protected]. If you have requested a refund, please note that it may take up to 10 business days to process the refund if granted.
